Our Dry Land training programs are so good they are being adapted by the public!
The Chain of Extreme Fitness contracted us to create a training program built for the public, but geared towards snowboarders, adapting our training programs to better their shape for athletics and body and mind.
Team Stretching: Athletes are provided with a detailed stretching routine for daily pre and post activity. They are also provided with a home athlete training program and all athletes can purchase a Gyroboard at wholesale. However, it is up to the athlete to use these training tools to their advantage.
YTP (Yearly Training Plan): After creating dozens of these for numerous athletes, we have a great, easy to use template for our athletes where they can organize the following: on hill training, dry land training, injury recovery, rest, travel, diet, nutrition and competition. The YTP is a strategic layout that will benefit the athletes and their development. There is a science behind the YTP and few programs have experience in them. Not all athletes need the YTP however, they are available upon request and our coaches will help an athlete create and use the YTP to his/her benefit.
Gyroboard was developed in NZ, and has only been available in North America for a few years. Gyroboard is the best tool for at home, in the gym or on the road training. The board focuses on balance, proprioception, core training and biomechanics. It is the ultimate in balance board technology and has a range of adjustments to accommodate the level of training and athletes progression and ability. The Gyroboard can be dismantled and packed into a custom carrying bag in less than 30 seconds. A great tool for board sports and training!
